See satellite images and 3D maps of the earth. Find your house, your office, or your favorite beach. Find local listings for pizza's, hotels, restaurants, malls, etc. and driving directions to those locations. You can do it all with Google™ Earth.
Google Earth and Google Pack
If you would like to surf the Earth in 3D and see photos of your house, you should download Google Earth. It is really awesome what you can do with Google Earth, it is great software to find satellite photos of your house, for example. Downloading is free and installing is a piece of cake. Find Local Businesses Search for local businesses, and get driving directions. Results are shown on-screen. You can easily layer multiple searches, save results to folders, and share placemarks with others. |

Get Driving Directions Enter the starting and ending addresses and click on the search button. For directions to a business, click on the "From Here" or "To Here" link in any balloon window. Click the "Play" button located under the directions and Google Earth will fly you along the route! |

Hardware requirements
These are the hardware requirements as proposed by Google for the use of Google™ Earth. Your computer needs to be a PIII 500 with 128 Mb RAM (almost every current computer is fbetter equipped than this) and 400 Mb of free space. The system should be Windows 2000 or higher. Or a Mac OS X 10.4.0. or higher. A 3D videocard is advicable.
